急问版内大侠，我今年办H1B renew，到9月19号到期。所以按照规定提前了6个月申请
LCA并且在今年3月底就寄出了APPLICATION。一直等到6月中旬（就这么过去了将近3个
月...）接到移民局通知说CASE被转到加州审理。今天8月2号刚收到RFE通知。已经联系
律师赶紧准备材料。但是离现有H1B签证到期日就剩下1个半月的时间了，很担心来不及
拿到最后的通知。。。看网上反映今年审理速度都不快，而且还不能premium
processing...
请问如果过了到期日还是没有移民局的通知的话怎么办？还能继续留在美国上班吗？这
样还算合法吗？驾照也快到期了，有什么办法可以延呢？不会过了9月19号连车都没法
开了吧？还是必须要回国等呢？
现在这么紧的时间还有可能在美国境内转F1吗？问题是我已经申请了EB移民，第一步已
通过，就在等排期了。。。系统里一看就知道我有移民倾向。转F1是不是风险很大？

if extension I-129 was timely filed, you have automatic extension for 240
days after 9-19 if you stay in US. PPS has resumed 2 weeks ago if you need
the new I-94 to renew drivers license or to travel overseas.

Thank you!!! I heard that we may be able to renew driver license with the
receipt proving the petition was filed on time and before expiration date.
Will try the local DPS...
PPS was only resumed for certain cap-exampt positions. My position was not
included in the list of the resumed PPS...
