在填140表格的时候，有个选项是：
1.Applicant will apply at a U.S. Department of State consulate abroad for an
immigrant visa in order to enter the united states and be admitted as a
permanent resident:
2.Are you in the U.S. and plan to file an I-485 for adjustment of status to
a lawful permanent resident:
我本来是选了2，但是律师说最好选1，因为我现在的priority date不是current, 所以
如果选了2，但是到时递485的时候如果人在国内的话， 就得再填个824表格；但是如果
我现在选了1，但是我在到递交485的时候都在美国的话， 可以自动转成2的option，不
需要任何别的手续。
然后对于配偶的相同问题，律师也是说最好选相同的选项。
我是申请EB1B，现在在准备140，485是打算140批了之后再递交
我有点confused，相信律师说的肯定是有道理，但是还是希望自己能搞清楚些。请问下
大家的经验都是怎样？
