我的485 RD 2/1/2017， EAD renew RD 1/9/2018 前几天终于忍不住找了议员，得到一
些有线索的回复：
关于EAD：
USCIS回复秘书说EAD才审理到2017年的10月，但是因为我的EAD 自动延期到9/14/2018
，之后如果没有工卡会失业，所以可以申请expedited processing 但是要雇主出具证
明。
***可是我5月1号换了新工作，好纠结，大家觉得我要问雇主出示证明吗？万一他们知
道我换工作了，会不会更多问题？
关于485
USCIS回复：According to USCIS records, your constituent’s application is
currently assigned to an adjudications officer; however, a decision or other
notice of action has not yet been issued. While we are unable to determine
when the adjudication of this Form I-485 will be complete, you may submit a
follow-up inquiry for another case status update after approximately 30
days. Please note that requests to expedite the processing of Form I-485
cases may not be granted.
我自己inquiry的回复：Your case is currently under review by an officer. You
should receive a decision, correspondence or notice of other action within
60 days of the date of this letter.
大家说我要你等等？还是继续找雇主出证明？ 多谢多谢！
