2nd RFE的内容如下：
Documentation to establish that there is qualifying offer of employment
It must be shown that the petitioner has offered the beneficiary a
qualifying offer of employment. The petitioner submitted a letter with the
following statement with the initial filing:" To maintain its leading
position in the worldwide human pharmaceutical market, *** has a need for Dr
. Me to continue to serve in the position of investigator." and then
response to the first RDE with the following statement:" Please consider
this letter as confirmation that Dr. Me is an employee with ***. Presently
he holds a full time position as Investigator, based in our *** location."
However, the offer must be tenured, tenure-track, or a permanent research
position in the beneficiary's academic field.
第一次回复的时候要了公司的employment verification letter，但是HR告诉我有模板
，只说了是full time，没有说是permanent。另外还让部门director写了封信，信里说
了是permanent full time position。估计IO都没看这信。
想请教一下大家觉得应该怎么回复好？已经和律师，公司HR约了会议，希望能写一封新
的EVL，信里要写这是permanent research position。大家对于这个permanent是怎么
理解的？offer都是at will，不会是permanent职位啊。
