Dear XDJM, and guys looking for employment, I have been reading almost all the
posts on this board during last few months, but never write anything. The job
hunting process is painful, exciting, and sometimes both. I just got an offer
that I like, and would like to start working soon. Before I leave, I would
like to write something hopefully helpful to guys new to the job market.
I am a Fresh PhD, no work experience neither in the States nor in China. After
