请问大家办理H1B时，LCA和‘post notice for 10days’, 到底是什么关系么？自己网
上搜了搜，也向朋友打听下，还是觉得有点迷惑。。。是先post notice for 10 days,
then file LCA? Or, file the LCA after post notice? Or, post the notice for
10days then file LCA? 而且，必须post notice么？有朋友把材料提交给律师后1周左
右就file H1B了啊。。。
