承认自己弱点。。编程不怎么行，面SDE往往悲剧，当然准备也不充分。
现在有AMAZON的TPM电面。准备途中发现跟SDE问的问题不大一样，范围很广。PROJECT
MANAGEMENT,WEBDESIGN等等的不知道从哪开始复习了。
求高人指点下，这个是做什么的。电面可能涵盖的范围。
如果有面过这个职位的，丢点面试题给我更好。不胜感激！会回来发包子的！！！
Job Description
Technical Program Manager :
Are you a great software developer that wants to manage and lead? Amazon is
recruiting Technical Program Managers (TPMs for short). TPMs at Amazon set
technology strategy, build plans and drive others to execute. People who are
successful in this role are willing to trade the joy of writing code
themselves for the leverage gained leading others to success. The job is
deeply technical and requires people who understand software design,
distributed systems, scalability, performance, and all the other engineering
dimensions necessary to produce great systems and products.
You know these people. In college, these are the students on the project
team that keep the big picture in mind, step up to write the technical
report, or present to the class. Does this sound like you? If so, then you
are a future TPM and Amazon needs you.
Basic Qualifications
* Currently pursuing or have graduated in the last 12 months with a B.S., M.
S., or Ph.D. Degree in computer science, computer engineering or related
technical discipline
* C/C++ and/or Java preferably on a UNIX or Linux platform. Knowledge of
Perl or other scripting languages a plus
* Past experience or knowledge of optimization mathematics (linear
programming, nonlinear optimization)
Preferred Qualifications
* Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions
* Deal well with ambiguous/undefined problems; ability to think abstractly
