Today, I received an offer from a company at NYC, around 90k, current salary
around 70k. I have some issues here and not sure I should accept the offer
or not.
1)My current position is very stable and not too many pressure and I still
can learn a lot. The position at NYC seems not stable and lots of pressure.
2)My husband is working at NYC and he drives almost 3 hours every week to my
place. If I move to NYC, he does not drive, but both of us need to commute
at least 2.5 hours one day. Big challenge! We have a kid needed to take care
. It is only 10 minutes from my house to office.
3)I have a daughter and want to another baby as soon as possible. I am
afraid it is not good to pregnant at the new position. So, maybe I need to
get a baby first then move to NYC area 3-4 years later.

You may want to know
if your family can move close to NYC?
if your hubby can find a same level job in ur local?
Long distance doesn't work.

I think the closest place is at least one hour commute one way.Too expensive
NYC area...
My husband cannot find a job at my place, because I am at a very rural area.
So, it is really hard for my family now...

一般说7万到9万无脑跳了
不过你这个可能还真是不动好
也许可以拿来和现在公司砍砍价？

I have told to my current supervior and he needs to talk with HR and his

如果继续两地，老二出来怎么办呢？
既然你老公没希望在你这儿找到工作，你又有这么个跳槽机会，不如先跳过去再说。
