I am H1B, and my husband is TN holder. We just travelled back from outside
USA and our lawyer said, since my husband is TN, we have to wait for 60 days
to file 485. The problem is my son needs Green card to find a summer job,
can we file 485 for myself and my son firstly, then file 485 for my husband
later after 60 days? Will this delay our process to get the green card?

415M的settlement被批准了，据说class action每个原告差不多八千块赔偿
律师差不多几十个米林

这个是 class action 历史上罕见的原告纷纷写信给法庭反对第一轮 settlement 的案
子之一
就那么几个大律所，代表公司的和代表员工的都是好朋友，随便谈个数就糊弄了拉倒
当时不是有个原告公开了他写给法庭的信，说每人分几千刀，公司还不承认
wrongdoing, 就好比你去超市偷了个 ipad, 被抓了，最后协议你交20块，ipad 是你的
