找到一个非faculty职位，但觉得这里的人应该比较多相关经验，所以问一下。人家一
上来就要这个，我想问一下，是不是导师，committee，所有合作过paper的人都不可以
？因为我刚毕业，也没有发表论文，以前都
是发一些和其他领域的人合作的应用的paper，也没有参加过什么会议，比较不学术
active，所以才没找学术工作，所以这个想想对我来说真的比较难。我想问一下，系里
的上过课的老师可以么？真是愁死了，都接受了offer拒了其他的才问我要，以前也不
知道找个工作还要这个。有没有和我一样没有一作发表的人，有什么门路找到这种推荐
人呢？谢谢
