PD: July,22,2007
RD: Nov 14, 2011
AP& EAD: Dec31, 2011
SR: April 16, 2012
Received Card: May 7, 2012

本来，4.30 closed,loan, 108k, 15 year, 4.375 fixed. today called my agent in
BOA.本来计划再多付1万dollaors，他说，不值得做refi,但是他说可以改成贷10 年，
rate 是3.875，
closing cost is 500$.各位有经验的帮忙看看，值得改成10年贷吗？谢谢，8000回来
了，所以想再投
进去。

为啥呢？我的loan amount太少，都找不到no fee的，no fee，interest rate 就要高

你的Loan Amt是多少，我看看能不能做到No Cost。

10万一下的Loan其实不怎么值得做Refi，尽早把贷款付完就好了。
