新房，inspection发现的问题。
“Structural roof truss damaged, since the roof truss is a structural
engineered component a registered structural engineer should be consulted to
evaluate the damaged, determine and oversee repairs: cross member 2 x 4
cracked and breaking apart at knot above attic pull down access.”
明白人说说，问题严重吗？我现在让builder检查并给我报告，他们一般怎么做？怎样
做隐患最小？

孤独的人是可耻的，我就是。网页打开一遍一遍，又一遍遍关掉。实在无聊呀，看看一
衣带水的邻邦的片子提高下日语吧，竟然调动不起情绪。省纸了倒是。想找个聊天的人

I had the similar experience when I purchased my house. In my case, the pre-
owner cut one truss to fit the whole house fan. So a cut truss could be much
worse than a cracked truss, right? But then I hired a structural engineer to
check the truss and he said there should be no problem because there are a
lot of extra truss to support the roof and I don't even need to fix the
truss even the house is in CA where the earthquake can hit at any time.
So for your question, I believe the answer is case

如果是在地震多发区，还是加固一下，好一点。
如果是在下雪多的地区，最好也加固一下。
在不然，观察看看，情况又没有变糟。
总体而言，这点裂缝不会让房子马上倒塌。但在关键时候，就看着办了。

不是那么简单　木节裂了只是where the problem shows, 不是where the problem is.
就怕load bearing出了问题
再说谁家新房上桁架就开始贴一段木板在一边

有啥稀奇的，天然木材就这样，太正常不过了。
我说裂开的那个位置有个木结，没说是木结裂开，2码事，别混淆。

做inspection的人（不是builder的，是发现问题的）给我的回答：The damaged truss does not appear significant at this time but may eventually crack though and break apart. It should be simple to correct, normally the engineer requires two sistered 2 x 4s one on each side screwed into the failing truss member.
这么看，inspector认为是小问题了？

是小问题了, as long as it's not my house. Just patch it, and it will last
till you resell it in 30 years. Hopefully, your buyers inspector won't see
the patch or your buyers won't mind the truss patch at all.
Just personally speaking, I'll make a big fuzz over it if I were you. Yup, I
willingly admit that I'm gonna be 神经质 if I have to buy a new house with
a known failing truss part.

很简单的:)
材料：猪肉末一斤，藕一节切成末（最后体积比差不多1：1，所以不会腻的：）
做法：
1.藕末，猪肉末，姜末，蒜末，盐少量，鸡蛋一只，香油少量，生粉少量，酱油少量，
搅匀；
2.锅中中放足量油（足够淹没一个小肉丸子），烧热；
3.手捏一个小丸子（小的容易熟），放在热油中，用筷子翻动，表面变硬后捞出；
4.炸好的一碗丸子，放入蒸锅，蒸1-2小时（小的一个小时就ok了）；
5.直接上锅，或者找大碗，铺上生菜，摆好丸子，再浇上蒸出来的肉汁，撒上葱花；
6.开吃。。嘿嘿
