Dear Sir or Madam,
Thanks for you reply. However, I believe I meet the criteria based on the
following two reasons,
First, I was offered a job position at ***** with annual salary $*****
starting **/**/2012. As a foreign student, one of the requirements for
receiving this offer is that I should have employment authorization (OPT)
approved. As I need my salary to pay for my tuitions/fees and living
expenses by myself, the delayed approval will lead to severe financial loss.
The estimate of summer tuition at *** University is as below and my rent is
$890/mo. If I do not start to work on time, I will lose the capability to
support myself and I may lose the job offer.
Estimated Tuition and Fees for 2011-12 Summer
Tuition $3,846
Activity Fee $21
Information Technology Fee $60
Facility Fee $27
Total $3,954
Secondly, it has been more than 50 days since USCIS filed my case on 02/23/
2012. Based on the first-come-first-serve principle, my case is expected to
be approved along with the cases of the same application date. Given that
other cases filed the later have been approved (listed below) and my case is
still pending, I believe my situation satisfies the criteria for expedite
processing.
Case 1: EAC129053**** notice date: 3/1/12 card production: 4/11/12
Case 2: EAC129051**** notice date: 2/28/12 card production: 4/11/12
Based on these two reasons, please grant me expedite processing. Thank you
very much!
Regards,
