我买了1000，结果把我的ORDER CANCEL了，我问了CREDIT CARD公司，他们他们APROVED
了TRANSACTION， 和他们无关。
不知道为啥GIFTCARD MALL CANCEL我的ORDER。

mine got cancelled as well. called citi and was told that they approved the
transaction but GCM later reversed it. called GCM and they said the
automated system did not recognize my address, and they can not override it
manually.
big bummer.
