问学校学校给了我receipt number, 说still in pending status
问律师这是不是代表中了律师没正面回答只说还没收到关于我h1b的update，check也
还没cashed
大家确定学校SEVIS有receipt #就是中了吗。。。。。。。

怎么multi city搜出来，每一段都分别需要不同的mile呢？比如这个PVG-HNL, HNL-LAX
....分开定，要比PVG-LAX多

律师说话都很严谨~我感觉我就算得到了ISO的Pending消息,我律师生要看Receipt from
USCIS,死要看退件.肯定守口如瓶的说自己不确保我抽中了!

确实我不能确定
但是填入学校给的RECEIPT NUMBER到下面这个网站
https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/Dashboard/CaseStatus.do
可以看到状态变化：
Initial Review
On April 8, 2013, we received this I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER,
and mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please
follow any instructions on this notice. You will be notified by mail when a
decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move
while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to
update your case with your new address or contact our customer service
center at 1-800-375-5283.
要不你问问律师他怎么解释这个呢？

操作上讲，只要你的h1b petition被接受了，你的SEVIS记录就会自动更新。然后你打
电话给ISS他们会给你发新的I20。
律师没正面回答很正常，因为他那儿还没收到确切的证据，而且他未必对SEVIS那套流
程熟悉。

我的是这个样子的

for live assistance.

an interview or by asking the applicant/petitioner to submit additional
information or documentation. USCIS reviews the applicant's/petitioner's
criminal history, determines if there are national security concerns that
