网上开的卡？ 应该是terms里都是450没提350的事情，然后自动post 350吧？

Yes. They will refund the 450 and charge 350 on next statement. Once the
citi gold is linked. I got this happened to me last Oct-Nov.

借问一下，那如果开卡之后关掉citigold,年费会变回450吗？
在考虑趁11月前把citigold和350AF的prestige都开了，不知道在citigold 降级或者关
账户之后对prestige的影响
