以前是按照12个billing cycle算，今后是按照一个calendar year算。
对于新用户第一年有影响吧。

Your anniversary year not the calendar year,if you open the card at 5/15/
2015, your next award year starts at 5/16/2016. AMEX stops doing billing
statement calculation, so for majority people, the only difference is only 1
to 15 days.

看你的obc四月份statement 有没有这段话：
Effective June 30, 2017, the Supplement to the Agreement is amended by
deleting the How you earn reward dollars section and replacing it with the
following:
Eligible purchases do NOT include:
fees or interest charges,
balance transfers,
cash advances,
purchases of traveler's checks,
purchases or reloading of prepaid cards,
or
purchases of any cash equivalents.
