第一次产检检查出尿液有group b strep (gbs)。网上google结果很可怕。好害怕！q请问有

My GBS was position during week 36 check. The OB didn't give me anything to
cure it since it was not useful at all. I guess you can wait until week 36
and see if your GBS is still positive. If yes, you might have to get
antibiotics during your labor. It should not have been a big issue but I got
fever during my labor. I was not sure if it was a side effect of
antibiotics. This made my baby also got antibiotics IV for his first three
days in the world to make sure he was not infected.

别紧张，我36周查的时候也是postive. ob说40%的人都有，对我们大人没有任何影响，
不过生产的时候怕孩子给带上就不好。她说现在啥都不需要干，等生的时候进了产房他
们给我antibiotics 就行了

谢谢各位！OB说如果36周之前任何一次尿检出有gbs，36周根本不需要做阴道检查这个
gbs，labor的时候都要注射antibiotics。我想应该是前段时间过敏的厉害，身体也不
舒服，阴部的病菌比较活跃。听完各位mm的回复，至少让我心里放松一些。

是一种活跃在阴道的细菌，健康的妇女也有，只不过如果细菌过了一定指标，婴儿出生
的时候经过阴道容易感染上这种病菌而发生一系列事情。。。
