孕１５周，从开始怀上就一直有spotting。前几天有一次挺多的出血，去看急诊。B超
显示有一块出血区域。孩子还好。今天又有一次较多的出血。医生说nothing she can
do。真的是nothing she can do吗？是不是可以换个医生呀？
有没有人有类似情况？该怎么办呀？谢谢了。快被吓死了。。。。。。

subchorionic hemorrhage? Most people who had it go through their pregnancy
without any other problem. Take care and rest well. it'll take some time for
the bleeding to go away.

我朋友早期出血，医生就是说要卧床，说nothing else she can do !

I just searched the internet. I think your opinion seems to be right. The
symptoms are quite silimar to subchorionic hemorrhage. But the OB just said
nothing about this. This is quite strange.

绝对卧床休息，不要乱动。心情放松，看看电视听听音乐。
好像医生是没什么办法，我听到这种话太多了。

bedrest will help in some situation. my friend had spotting in 8 weeks due
to regular excersise, she stopped jogging and the the bleeding dissappeared.

Don't worry, My wife met with this matter during the first 2 months of her
pregnancy. now is almost 6 months, both baby and mother are super good! no
bleeding at all. and it turned out to be a boy, he moved frequently everyday
, the doctor told us he got a high score of 92 according the standard of
America babies.

请问你太太当初出血量和血块大吗？我3周前大出血，现在肚子里有 7cm x 4 cm的血
块。很怕再出血。

卧床，少走动。
我以前也有过几次的，有次是爬上凳子，下来就流血了，有次是洗完澡，擦到血了。不
过没有持续。我OB以前也说血量没有增多，没有像来例假一样多，没有持续出血，就不
用去医院，去了也是没办法，说明只能是胚胎不好。

安慰一下，多多保重。
我虽然没有类似经历，不过还是建议你一定要多休息，能躺着就不坐着，能坐着就不站
着，总之保胎最重要啊。

i have the same problem starting at 5.5 weeks and ongoing at 8 weeks. the
advice i have from lots of internet research is:
1. where is the clot? is it close to placenta? if yes, it's probably
subchorionic hemorrhage
2. drink lots of water
3. bed rest, 2 weeks after each bright red bleeding episode
4. baby aspirin, may have some risks though especially in the last trimester.
also don't take aspirin if you are bleeding currently. but when the bleed is
brown, you can take aspirin

请问你孕几周了？我太太的B超显示有个血块，大概大小比你的小点，在胎盘的边缘。
并且胎盘有点偏低。医生怀疑是plencenta previa，但是由于刚14周，没法确切知道。
你现在全部卧床吗？我太太今天其实就是早上给儿子换了个diaper,有蹲下的动作。
现在老婆没法动了，我的17个月的儿子实在是个头痛，连daycare都没人送了。儿子早
上起来之后怎么办呢？我上班很早就走了。想找个住家保姆，一时也找不到。。。。有
没有人试试老外的babysitter呢？下来日子怎么过呢？？？？？

相似.
从孕33天开始,一直擦才有的一点褐色\粉色\淡红色.
到孕61天,鲜血,不多也不算少,算bleeding,急诊了. 抽血BC,也都没说所以然.说 it's
may ok 放回家说可以正常生活.
躺了1天多正常,下午起来给女儿(33个月)洗了2条小内裤,又鲜血.
躺了1周正常.
起来2小时,准备了下午餐,又鲜血.
继续躺1周了,正常.
昨天孕75天,起来了2小时的样子,腰酸的厉害.
今天起来了2小时,还是腰酸的厉害.
这会儿躺着,女儿在旁边玩,刚给处理了粑粑问题.
等下周五BC .

这个医生能做的治疗确实不多，不知道lz的那个区域有多大。bed resting很有帮助。
也有些医生说没有所谓，该干嘛干嘛。
也有些医生给点药，就是促进血块吸收。
lz自己决定。

sigh, 是不容易。我现在11周。6-7周大出血，完全卧床4周。现在不流血了，不过还是提心吊胆。我们是第一个孩子，我卧床的时候老公很辛苦的，一杯水都要他倒。我下周也不得不上班了。我的医生让我尽量少动，能用电梯不要爬楼梯。我准备除了上厕所都坐着了。这个出血就怕反复，不然伤口慢慢长好就好了。注意尽量卧床，多喝水，不要拿重的。我看有人建议不拿超过1加仑牛奶的重量。

If you live in a bigger metropolitan area, there are often nanny networks
(search nanny placement, nanny agency) that can help you place a temporary
nanny and then later permanent nanny.
you might also take sick leave. GL

I had bleeding, very minor at first trimester. It was like discharge. The
truth is there is nothing doctor can do. I have asked several. So just relax
in bed.
Then I had a bleeding - lot more serious at 20th week. I had it cause I
walked about 3 hours per day for past three days at memorial day and tried
to get some furniture. I have been diagonalized as placenta previa. And I
was ordered to take it easy and rest. I have not had the problem any more.
So if you have placenta issue, don't try to s

建议你还是别去上班了。工作没了可以再找，这种出血是很容易反复的，毕竟孩子最重
要。。。。我们现在找了两个朋友可以暂时帮我们。。。

If you work and bedrest ordered by doctor, you can get disability pay.
I don't need to bedrest all the time, but I don't think you can go to work
cause you have to work and sit for a long time during work for now. At least
wait it gets stable.

我13周B超检查时候看到胎盘上有血块,医生说是轻微胎盘早剥.后来的检查中血块越来
越小,到25周检查时候已经吸收没有了.因为我当时没有外出血,也没有腹痛,所以医生一
直说这不是很紧要的问题,一切生活正常.但我自己是除了上班走几分钟外,再也不做任
何运动了.
MM自己多休息,放松,会没有事情的.一般医生真的做不了什么,但小宝宝会很坚强的.
