最近正在帮爸妈办理B2延期，想向班上最近办理过的姐妹们确认一下，到底材料是应该
寄往VERMONT 还是DALLAS ？
另外有没有姐妹是用EXPRESS MAIL 寄往LEWISVILLE的？
或者有姐妹用过E-FILE的，补充材料要另外寄，对吗？从E-FILE到被批准大约要多长
时间？会不会比PAPER-FILE 更快？

If you used eFile, it will have instruction on which center to main on the
electronic receipt.

Yes you need to mail any additional supporting documents you have. For me, I
basically mailed below documents:
0. One visa extension letter
1. i539 eFilling receipt
2. Copy of parents I94
3. Copy of parents Passport
4. Copy of parents B2 Visa page on passport
5. Son's last two monthly bank statements if you answered No to question 3g
in Part 4 on page 3 of i539
6. Parent's e-ticket to show their original returning date. On the eticket,
clearly mark and say: If the visa extension is granted, air ticket returning
date will be changed accordingly.
I extended my parents B2 visa last year with all these documents with no
issues (last about 1.5 month from filing to approval). Now I'm doing it for
my mother in law again.
