宝宝生的晚，我们的open enrollment到今年初才结束。今天公司里面HR的人跟我说，
在去年最
后一张pay check以后追加的FSA money是不需要还的，公司也没有办法bill 到2011年
的pay
check里面去。最终的结果是如果有其他人的FSA account里面有余钱没有用完，会用
来平这部
分的帐的。
这个听上去也太too good to be true了。哪位有这样的经验吗？谢谢。

Don't have such experience, but I think it is possible.
I left my previous work at the end of Oct and used up the annual election (
at that time I only contribute 5/6 of the annual elected amount); so
theoretically I should pay back the remaining two months that I didn't
contribute, but no one asked me about it. Some other people also told me
similar experience from other companies.
