怀孕13周半了, 最近拿到一个不错的job offer, 对于工作经验提升挺有好处, 而且公
司比现在的好, 薪水也比现在高. (说实话, 如果不是怀孕, 肯定是要去的.)
已经接受了Offer, 下礼拜要去上班了, 正在琢磨着去了怎么先表现一番, 再跟老板讲.
今天,目前的公司给了一个 counter Offer, 所以, 我又有了second thought... (即使
工资不是问题, 目前的公司工作环境也不是很好, politics 很厉害, 觉得很不开心,
不然也不会去找工作了...)
请大家指教, 觉得怀孕13周半, 换工作, 怎么样?? ---如果大家觉得好, 还是很想去.
另外还请支招, 去了新公司, 怎么告诉他们最好呢??

Ask about their policy. Usually you cannot get any maternity leave benefits
if you haven't worked for a least a year. Good luck!

如果你现在的公司已经知道你怀孕了，take the counter offer，告诉另外一个公司，
你很想去，但是你发现自己怀孕了，有concern，如果他们觉得没关系，那就去新公司
，否则留在现在公司。如果隐瞒怀孕去新公司，必定是很伤人品的事情。

已经看过了, 要是去新公司, 连STD 都不qualify. 休产假只能是no pay 了. 可是, 这
个opportunity 还是让我心动.
在现在的公司, 工资是涨了, 休产假也有STD, 可是还是觉得提不起精神...(如果拿
counter offer 和新Offer比, 呆在现在的公司, 今年肯定会 financia better off)
看起来不是钱的问题耶, 不然不会这么觉得, 是吗??
请多多指教!!!

Usually it is not recommended to take counter offer and you can read a lot
of articles about why not to take one.
But given your current situation, I think it may be better off to stay put
unless you are very ready for the new challenge in the new position.
And your are already 13 weeks pregnancy, your new boss and company will be
likely thinking you intentionally hide the information. They may not be able
to do anything if you join them, but it will give them very bad impression.

For insurance and benefit purpose bet idea might be to stay with urrwnt
company. I am sure u already have some vacation days accumulated and can use
when u have doctor appt and stuff. As for the new job it might not be good
idea to take any days off in the first couple month. However maybe you could
still try and talk with the new employer about your pregnancy and see how
they react ^^ good luck!
