好像要ssn才行，因为你用那个dependent care，同时那个保姆要交税的。

那不能报。fSa is a tax benefit.

看哪家公司管你们的FSA，我的只需要provider在claim form上签字或附收据（有一样
就行）不要tax ID,不要SSN.我老公单位的的FSA claim 表上这两样都要。所以打电话
问一问吧

我的单位不要tax ID,不要SSN. 我老公used SSN, but not tax ID.

Our nanny happens to have SSN. He put it on the form. I'm not sure if it's
required by their FSA management company. But for sure mine didn't require
it. There's the SSN field but I didn't fill it out.

If you use FSA like this, you should start file nanny tax, otherwise you
will easily get in trouble when IRS audits. My CPA told me that things could
become really bad if IRS find it out.

她有身份的话可以的吧，但是她需要报税，不过收入多少以下
不用交税的吧。但是她不能作为你们的dependent出现在你们的
税表上，具体谁懂税的给讲讲

Check the claim form or call the customer service. I don't think they allow
it.
