宝4个月了，大夫让开始加辅食。买了single grain的rice cereal。周一开始喂，一天
两次，每次
5-6小勺，宝吃一会儿就开始闹不吃了。从周3开始已经3天没大大。看他好像还挺正常

yes, you should continue. but try to dilute the rice cereal a little bit to
make it not too thick. you can also do the cycling move on your baby. put
the baby on his back, and move his legs like riding a bike. do this
exercise a few times a day. give some prune juice if needed.
Here is how we introduced solid food:
1. Rice cereal for two weeks. One feeding for the first few days, then
increase to twice a day. Start from thin to thick.
2. After two weeks, vegetables were introduced after two weeks, one at a
time. feed the same vegetables for a couple of days. make sure there is no
food allergy before adding a new one.
3. Introduced fruits after the vegetables. Save the sweet stuff at the end
. the vegetables will be better taken this way.

停一两天辅食，等大便了再加回去吧

刚开始米糊不要搞浓了，稀一点，一天就1－2tablespoon，要给宝宝补水，尤其是天气
热 ，然后你看看屁股是不是很红，红的话说明上火导致便秘，给娃吃点清火的，我在
淘宝上面买的每伴，国内孩子都吃这个，但是害怕国内食品安全的话，就pass哈
