I wonder how many of you can definitely say that the life of some member in
your family was once saved by some physician?
I also wonder how many of you can definitely say that some physician once made the life of some member in your family miserable?

我爸肾结石，差不多蚕豆大，尿血才发现，要是不手术肯定会挂掉了。我妈年轻早产大
出血，要是不输血也就没有我现在在这儿灌水了。

If you are confident that the death of the mother or the baby will be
inevitable without that physician, then I think it is a case. Of course, it
depends on your judgement. Let's say, we are not that rigorous. If you
feel that a death is strongly likely, then it is a case.
