Sorry to bother. I asked help from the other board but no one answered my
question. I hope some JMs may help me for this question.
My husband just transfered his H1-B visa for company A to B. But they cann't
help me transfer my H4 at the same time. Does anyone know what forms I need
to fill?

跟我那时候一样，我老公的转了我的H4一直都没转，H4过期之前才转的。很快就转成功
了。如果你的H4过期还早的话就不用转，等renew的时候转就好，那个时候就用你老公
新的H1B转。

Thanks for your experience. Sorry, I can't type chinese now, since I'm in
public library. It doesn't matter if I didn't transfer it with him? I'm
thinking to go to school with H4 visa, I don't know if it is ok if I don't
tranfer it. Could you please tell me what forms/documents you used?

我一直没转，我老公H1转了以后我过了好几个月才延期的。我记得当时在网上搜得，见
有人说不转没问题所以就没转。也没问律师。延期的时候也很顺利。快过期的时候填的
表是i-539（我老公那边律师给我说的要填这个表）。你要是不放心现在转也行的。或
者你问一下你老公单位的律师确认一下有没有必要，我的是没问题的。
