事情是这样的，我在apple官网买iphone，寄到免税州，同事刚好去出差。可是因为时
间不对，他回来了东西还没寄到，所以拿不回来。我刚打电话给苹果客服，可以改地址
，寄到现在的地址（非免税州），客服好像也没说要补交税款。请问这样是可以操作的
吗，会不会到时候要补交税？这样有什么风险吗？

I believe the parents need to take their responsibilities by paying for the
child's medical expenses
They didn't provide due care for the child.

The parents are sort of criminals. They should feel lucky they are in China.
The child is 2 yrs old. Not 12.

Exactly.
The potential donors are supporting the parents by their oral promises or
actual money.
The parents should be blamed! Not to be supported!!

Looks like the 50 cents party have their strategy all out now judging from
all the "leading" posts on multiple different websites:
1. Blame the parents;
--- parents dropped the ball here, nobody can argue against that. However,
no matter how careful parents can be and how strict the law is, accidents
happen.
2. Blame the driver;
--- traffic accident happen anywhere. Is what people do after a traffic
accident that's different.
3. downplay the by-standers' inhuman behavior.
--- for your 50 cents scumbag, if only you are the one in need of help
someday.
4. lip service asking for better law and hiding the fact your party is above
the law;
--- No law is going to be better without an independent judicial system.
When party is above everything, laws are just garbage papers.
People will forget about the little girl in a week or two. You 50 cent party
member just did one more despicable thing. Life goes on.

If you don't dare, do not blame others who dare not.

Did I blame anybody?
I mentioned the by-standers are in-human.
I don't blame anybody who dare not to stand up to the government. But I
blame the 50 cents party member who are getting paid to praise the
government or volunteered to singing their praises.
