听我朋友，Desitin里含有抗生素。她宝宝脸上有湿疹，儿医推荐她用，说含一点抗生
素，她宝宝用后就好了。

为啥湿疹要用抗生素呢？难道不是激素吗？
你说的是Desitin那个产品呢？蓝瓶还是紫瓶？还是这个油？
你确定儿科医生说是抗生素？如果是口水什么引起的疹子用Desitin蓝瓶没问题的，因
为隔离嘛，很管用的，从来没听说Desitin含激素或者抗生素的，都是说随便用多少次
都行的产品不可能含激素抗生素吧，厂家不怕被告吗？

估计是蓝瓶。我很确定我朋友跟我说里面含有抗生素，估计量不大。因为我宝宝也有湿
疹，她就把剩下的给我，让我试试，说她宝宝用了就好了。

蓝瓶的不就基本是氧化锌吗？不是物理方法隔离的嘛？好像院长科普过了吧，随便用，
想用多少用多少的吧，是不是你朋友听错医生的意思了啊，不管是diaper rash或者湿
疹，都不用抗生素的吧，又不是yeast之类的吧。这个说法倒真是闻所未闻的，你瞧瞧

激素对湿疹很有效，用抗生素可能是针对湿性湿疹，特别是出水的，可以防止感染。
我当时就是听我朋友说含抗生素，所以我一直没给我宝宝用过，她也是听医生说的。
