新妈我还没出月子，乳晕里有小肿块，用手推了，娃也吸了还是搞不定，郁闷死了，昨

Looks like there're some clogged milk ducts. You can check the following
video on how to effectively open the clogged duct.

Two key points:
(1) Use the hottest towel you can endure before massage to facilitate the
milk flow
(2) When masssage the target lump area, use your thumb and index fingers one
beside the lump and one on the opposite side across the nipple. Push down
all the way vertically first to locate the milk gland then squeeze. Do it
around all area around the areola. The video shows massage around the areola
in horizontal and vertical directions but I found it is better to massage
in all area (all directions) to open all the ducts.
