有一单定了两样被取消，但寄了一包easy up来，然后部分refund后这包收的是全额，
用点数换来的code居然一个都没用上，太恶心了。不知道大家怎么要回这些code 的点
数？

they inactivated all the 5 off codes. And they refused to reactivate them
even though you did not abuse any. I wasted four codes as well since they
only refund oops.

我跟他们写信要钱他们没搭理我，我就跟银行dispute，结果银行给我了，他们又给我
了一份，我没再管，他们爱要回去就要回去，不要拉倒，懒得联系他们

就是，一刀砍。用点数换的code也全作废了。。。。。

mm是没收到东西吧？我是收到其中的一样，当时送货单显示这包收费是0，还有另一件
会另外送，但refund的时候给我收的是原价，觉得很恶。倒没想占他们那么大的便宜，
谁知道他们还反过来这么干。

code要不回来了，我联系pampers，下面是pampers的回复：
