RT。因为急着房子出租，要刷2个房间的天花板，老公非要说买LOW VOA的漆应该没有

我孕中期去过construction site。那里到处都在装修房子，刷漆什么的。味道重的不
行。后来我问ob，ob说现在的household paint fume都是按照国家标准来做的，已经很
安全了，对宝宝不会有影响。
但是，我在之后很长的一段时间里还是非常的懊悔以及后怕。所以我给你的建议也是尽
量不要做会让自己提心吊胆的事情。如果一定要刷，最好follow下面几点：
1. Protect your skin by wearing protective clothing that includes long pants
, long-sleeved shirts and gloves
2. Be certain that the room and house are well ventilated; open the windows
and turn on fans
3. Limit the time you spend on the project; take breaks and move into the
fresh air frequently
4. Keep your food and drinks away from the area so solvents and chemicals
will not accidentally be consumed
