刚刚37w＋5d产检归来，内诊检查cervix very soft, length is about 1.5cm long。
医生说下周再来的时候要stripe the membrane，这样利于cervix dilation，because
it will increase the natural prostaglandin（a hormone dialates cervix）
release from the cervix. and because of this, this center rarely got overdue
baby.

虽然她说的都懂，可是妇产里从来没有提到过这个，想想医生是不是为了防止overdue
而有点过激呢？再说我现在还没有看到mucus plug 掉呢，是不是有点揠苗助长的意思
呢？
做过这个的姐妹能上来说说吗？搞得我现在心里都没底了。。。

我作过，但是大宝还是ｏｖｅｒｄｕｅ。
当时也不懂，医生说帮助ｄｉｌａｔｉｏｎ，就作了。

我当时OB想做，但是没做成，因为我一点都没开。不过我的OB是39周多了才做的，据说
做了以后有50%的可能性在48个小时之内发动。

我39周做的，做完后褐色分泌物
后来差不多两天，分泌物完了，就破水生了。

我是38周3天作的。My OB said your body needs to be ready to go into labor for
it to work. My mucus plug fell off 2 days later. And I went into labor the
same day.

看来这个做完了还真的快生了。虽然心里一期待宝宝的模样，现在还真的开始紧张了。
