肚子里的宝宝已经18W+了，在16W的时候做了个卵巢囊肿摘除手术，还好是良性的巧克
力囊肿，宝宝也没事。上周见ob检查了伤口也揭掉了tape，目前看来伤口只是一条线。
我原来也没有做过手术，也不知道是不是疤痕体质，但是我妈妈是，这个体质问题也不
知道会不会遗传。ob给开了cordran tape，说最好预防一下，要贴6-8周的样子。回来
上网查了查这个药，是一种皮质激素类的药，有点儿担心会影响宝宝。可是ob既然开了
，应该还好吧，就是有点儿膈应。版上有没有妈妈有用过这个的经历？

Usage in Pregnancy Pregnancy Category C—Corticosteroids are generally
teratogenic in laboratory animals when administered systemically at
relatively low dosage levels. The more potent corticosteroids have been
shown to be teratogenic after dermal application in laboratory animals.
There are no adequate and well-controlled studies in pregnant women on
teratogenic effects from topically applied corticosteroids. Therefore,
topical corticosteroids should be used during pregnancy only if the
potential benefit justifies the potential risk to the fetus. Drugs of this
class should not be used extensively for pregnant patients or in large
amounts or for prolonged periods of time.
