刚体检完，准备怀孕中，先在要绿卡体检。了绿卡疫苗的单子，感觉自己大部分都打过
，能不能到国内的医院找人开个证明，或者找到以前的旧的免疫纪录，翻译成英语，给
律师和医生，不知道大家都怎么做的啊？
不知道绿卡体检都检查些什么？能抽血查出来我都曾经打过什么疫苗么？不想再打译是
觉得疫苗打多了对身体不好，也不想多花钱。多谢！

I just did it for my mom:
1. Create the immunization history doc including both Chinese and English on
the same page by myself (I created it based on a template online)
2. Get the doc stamped from the hospital in my hometown
3. Bring it to the doctor (I chose a vietnamese doctor ), then you don't
need to get extra shots, and save money!
Tips: For the age group of my mom (59 yrs), she doesn't need MMR, but needs
2 shots for chickenpox.

可以测血，有抗体就不需要打。
必须打的疫苗有MMR， TDAP和水痘疫苗。其他的不要求，只做个记录。
如果需要打MMR和水痘疫苗，要等三个月以后才可以备孕。因为这两个是活疫苗。

是绿卡体检中测血就知道有没有mmr和水痘抗体，还是需要自己额外去医院要求测血才
能知道阿？多谢！
