OB说这是新的recommendation。就是让准妈妈生之前打，这样宝宝出来后有一定的免疫
力，不用等到宝宝6各月的时候。
我对这种种的免疫针不是很感冒，除非是那些必要的，象麻疹和水痘。不知道有没有妈
妈或准妈妈打过或听自己的OB提过，想听听你们的意见。

水痘和麻疹怀孕还不能打。tdap是可以打的。我反正24周的时候打了，现在孕妇都要求
20周之后打tdap阿

现在建议这个针主要是这几年百日咳有流行趋势，我是拖到36周打得，mm如果不放心可
以要求3rd trimester 再打，那时胎儿大些。当然我不明白为啥百日咳流行，咱们非要
连白喉和破伤风一起打。呵呵

I do not see why it is a problem. This is to protect your baby and almost no
risk for you.

Some people believe vaccines contain added ingredients that are harmful,
some are also said to be linked with autism. There are many articles about
that. You can google it.

我也是觉得是药三分毒，长期影响谁也不知道。不必要的我都不用，不过这个看来是逃
不过了。

I can understand your concern. One solution is that you can waive it when
you are preganant, and get the vaccine after delivery of the baby. Then baby
can get antibody from your milk for the first several months. Also, since
baby will get the first shot when he/she is 2 months old, if you are sure
there is no such risk in his/her first 2 months (both you and caregiver and
baby stay inside house and no contact with outside people so the risk should
be low),you can also wait for the bay to get his own injection.

我去年打过，据说有效期2年，免疫水平逐年下降。但现在孕妇都要求打，ob 强烈建议
28-37周之间打，我拒绝了。

我的oB从来没提过，我问了她，她说打比较好，另外会照顾婴儿的人都应该打
但是我后来看了我老公以前打白百破的时候发的材料，上面说怀孕期间最好只打TD, （
就是白破），可是TD我以前打过，就是缺百日咳，所以打算生完再打

我妈妈到时候从国内过来照顾孩子，是不是也要打？去哪儿打？

我的OB没有建议打。我是生完之后出院前打了百日咳的针。我的儿医强烈建议任何照顾
宝宝的人都要打百日咳的针。因为今年百日咳有盛行。

The famous doctor who publish the article about vaccine and autism was later
found to have fraud in his paper and was punished. But people already
remembered the wrong conclusion.
