一直没有family doctor，不知道这个是干嘛用的？不舒服的时候都是直接约专科医生

MM ask about pediatrician? I consider a good pediatrician a must-have. We
visit our pediatrician for routine check-ups and for kids' common disorders.
He has a clear idea and records of my kids' medical history. I consult him
a lot of minor health-related questions. Routine check-ups also help us to
pay attention to some minor issues which may or may not end up to a big
problem. Also when the little ones are sick it is easier to make same-day
appointments with our own pediatrician.
