孕妇晚上多梦问题# NextGeneration - 我爱宝宝

怀孕至今马上就23周了,自从发现怀孕到现在,机会每天晚上都做梦,总醒。梦中的情
节就像电影一样,有各种主题的,有时候是惊悚片,打小怪兽,但是倒了一个还有很多
,总也打不完;有时候是爱情片,有帅哥出现,总之,各种题材。晚上多梦导致我早上
起床后,感觉很累,头昏昏沉沉的,特别是做打斗那样的梦。这个现在很困扰我,我网
上搜索了一下,说是孕妇由于对宝宝的担心,已经其他压力导致多梦。但是我觉得还好
啊,没什么太大压力,也不知怎么就这样。大家有没有这样的情况? 怎么能缓解一下
呢?

Try to sleep a little bit more in the morning? I live my life dealing with
numerous dreams every night, some dreams are exhausting. Sometimes if you
sleep for extra 30 minutes, you forget most part of the dreams and feel more
refreshed.
BTW, I had to sleep 9 hours during 2nd trimester, and back to 8 hour since
the beginning of 3rd trimester, although the dreaming situation remains the
same. Since you are 23 weeks, an extra hour of sleep might help.
The other thing I can think of is to do some yoga and meditation, it helps
with quality of sleep.

我也有同样的问题,从怀孕开始就睡不好,早上醒了觉得特别累。

还好,比我当时做梦被汉尼拔绑架了看着他肢解好多女人的现场要好一些。。。。

现在11点睡觉,早上七点多起,要上班,还堵车。也试过10点睡的,晚上的梦很轻松,
去海边捡贝类,早上起床就挺开心的,没那么累。我试试做点简单的运动看看。谢谢mm
的建议。
