Make sure you're using healthcare FSA (vs dependent care FSA). You can
specify a $ amount to deduct from your paycheck when you enroll into the
program. You may claim up to the total amount you planned for the year as
soon as you spend the eligible spending during the plan year. In most cases
even if you leave the company in the middle of the year you don't have to
pay back for the remaining amount. - But you'd better check with your HR.

就是说我可以每个payment寸500，所以三个月之内就寸到2500后就不用再存了是吧？

actually you will divide $2500 by # of checks per year. it should evenly
distributed. copay and coinsurance for dental care should be eligible.
