我听说是有的，可以上班时间抽出一小时去泵奶嘛。这样还是一个点来的一个点走的，
老板也不会有什么看法。

没有。Exampt的工作不记录上下班时间。出活并且大部分时间都在就行了。

不能跟国内比啊。我闺蜜也是国内外企，产假8个月！

国内产检都可以放半天假呢，和国内比这里的孕妇新妈都要气死了吧。

ANSWER: All employers covered by the FLSA, regardless of the size of their
business, are required to comply with this provision. However, employers
with fewer than 50 employees are not subject to the FLSA break time
requirement if the employer can demonstrate that compliance with the
provision would impose an undue hardship. Whether compliance would be an
undue hardship is determined by looking at the difficulty or expense of
compliance for a specific employer in comparison to the size, financial
resources, nature, or structure of the employer’s business.

美国基本上算是对孕妇最不人道的国家了吧，我是说美国雇主。当初我先兆流产请假去

好像每个州规定不一样，如果没有记错的话，我们州是15分钟
