看到这么多的讨论，我想别论谁是谁非，应该还是走最便捷的解决方式。
如果大家都写个合同签好，应该就没有什么问题。
不知哪里有这样的合同模板，谁给share一下。
我想自己也可以随便写一下服务包括什么，付多少钱等等，但是不知道是不是有要求用
合适的legal language才可以

Have not seen one of these, but you can probably search over the net.
I also think a Chinese version may also be needed because she can probably
say that she does not understand English.
This happened in other type cases, child custody(He4 Mei3), medical(birth
defects cases).
Another important thing to do is to record time and ask her to sign it while
getting paid. Because she can claim that she worked more hours than what is
in the contract, and the labor law requires her being paid for all hours
actually worked. And, it is responsibility of the employer to provide for
the evidence when there is a dispute.
