4074刀. 怎么会这样? 5000难道不是法律规定的么?
For calendar year 2015, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account is required
to limit the annual amount for highly compensated employees in order to
comply with tax regulations. The limit for calendar year 2015 is $4,074.
Highly compensated employees for 2015 are employees who received over $115,
000 gross compensation in calendar year 2014. Your compensation for 2014
places you in this group. Therefore, your election will be reduced from the
annual amount that you elected to $4,074.
