including:
Ad ranking
CTR prediction
Auto classification
Qualifications:
Solid background in mathematics and statistics;
Solid background in algorithms and data structures;
Proficiency in machine learning with strong practical experience
in real applications;
Experience in massive data processing and analysis;
Experience with algorithm optimizations of large-scale
advertising platforms preferred.
2、Principal Engineer - Deep Learning
Responsibilities:
Design, implementation and optimization of large-scale neural
network system for online advertising
Applying deep learning to optimize advertising algorithms,
including:
CTR prediction
Ads keyword suggestion
Personalization！
Qualifications:
Solid background in deep learning, NLP and statistics;
Solid background in asynchronous distributed system design and
optimization;
In-depth understanding of and strong interest in the Internet
advertising business model;
Excellent skill in coordinating team efforts in both research
and engineering;
Experience with deep nets applications in image, video, speech
and machine
Translation strongly preferred.

Develop innovative approaches to solve problems when classical techniques
fail.
Collaborate with business partners and apply developed models to
business.
Qualifications:
Master or PhD degree in Statistics, Computer Science and
Mathematics. Solid theoretical foundations in statistics, data mining and
machine learning.
Affluent practical experience in data modeling (2+ years’
experience preferred).
Solid programming skills and proficient in at least one
programming language, preferably R
Proficient in HiveSQL.
Experience with big data and Hadoop is a big plus.
Strong commercial sensitivity with strong data analysis
techniques. Develop innovative and practical methods to solve the
complicated business problems.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Creative, willing to face challenges and responsible.
