准备买一房子。seller有一笔rebate（4000左右）且说明只能用于closing，且这个条
款不能改。我的closing cost即使加上买point可能也就3000，loan agent说rebate多
出的1000块我就拿不到了。请问大家，有没有办法拿到这closing后剩下的rebate呢？

Just got an email from a pageplus dealer.
Seems like from Dec 20. Pageplus will have $12/month
plan, which includes 250 min calls, 250 msg and 10mg data.
This is much better deal than any thing else.

Sadly, but I have already maximized buying point. The reason is because my
loan amount is only 100K.

Pay one year HOA or condo fee, pay the tax to the next year, pay this and
that, whatever you can think of. As long as the title company cooperate, you
can spend the money.
