TRAINING & PLACEMENT PROGRAM FOR MS GRADUATES
Career Opportunities for Jr. .Net Dev./OPT/CPTs and all the .Net
aspirants.
· We are looking for .Net with ASP.NET and C# professionals with
minimum 2 years of experience.
· The selected candidates would be extensively trained in topics
such as Silverlight, MVVM, PRISM, Expression Blend etc.
· Training would be on weekends and for about 6- 8 weeks.
· Training will be given at our office premises-Edison-NJ
· Candidates successfully completing the training will be placed
on project at our client sites.
· Training is provided at NO COST however no accommodation or
food would be provided during training period.
· Limited students per batch
Qualifications you need to have:
ASP.NET and C# professionals with minimum 2 years of experience.
MS GRADUATES /U.S. Masters with OPT / CPT or valid work authorization.
Good communication skills (written & oral).
Good interpersonal skills.

140批了,但是老板通知没钱了合同到8月,这种情况下暂时找不到工作,转F1或F2会影响

房间里最近有了bedbug，
好痛苦的。
有时候整晚睡不了多久，
白天还有intern。
想请问下大家：
房子是八月底到期，
我想七月底就搬出去，
deposit是否能拿回来？
自己衣服什么的都扔了好多了，
还有各种费用，
都好几百美元了。。。

不会失效。在美国转身份倒是无所谓，但离境之后就不容易签出来了。

四妹,你这个回答不严谨呀.
我来回答:
1, NIW,EB1A的140不会失效;
2, PERM,1B会失效.
总之,看谁是申请人.
无论哪中情况,失去工作的话,且没有其他合法签证的话,意味着非法滞留.在填485的时
候,就有GAP.也许IO没发现,但是个隐患.
一旦被发现,就只能自求多福了.

EB1A的话可以马上递交485，保住身份。递交485的180天内可以换工作。F1没有必要转
，转也没意思。

那LD怎么办?一起递交485吗?还是继续她的F1?
