正在打算给一个正在新建的房子出offer. 到现在为止都是和builder'agent 联系。新
建房很难讲
价，想要一些upgrade.我想如果agent不能帮我搞定这些free upgrade （或说服
builder或从他
的duo-agent commission出些作为buyer credit),我就再请自己的buyer agent.
既然省不了钱，也不能让他白拿6%.我没准还能让buyer agent 给我一些credit/rebate.
我想给builder agent 写个email连同我的offer说明这个意思.
大家看可行吗？

新房比较难搞，一般旧房你可以要求listing agent降2% commission，然后seller
price in 这个，同意降房价，但是新房不能降房价，很多地方是明令禁止seller
agent给buyer credit的，
此种事情可能打电话比较好。

n8 has very good build quality, but the OS is just like shit, very slow

那我可以自己通过listing agent出第一次offer,如果free upgrade没被接受，第二次
offer再找个buyer agent帮助出吗？

还可以，回来换个ssd，一般绝对够用。看看有没有T450s, 300拿下也不错

不行，你一定要通过第一个帮你写Offer的Agent买房子。

算电子垃圾，thinkpad老款tn屏幕简直没法看。
这个t430最多100刀。

N8's OS is symbium Anna or Bella
The interface language on Anna can be hacked to Simplified Chinese, but not
with Bella.
The browser sucks big time.
The navigation system is fine, and the video camera is fine.
The screen on N8 is too small for browsing.
I used to have the ATT unlimited data plan with N8 for $15, but my monthly
data usage is less than 20MB due to its terrible browser.
One good thing about the N8 is that you can use the phone as a USB modem
without additional charge. The connection speed is fixed at 460kbps. Not
sure about the 900.

这是你的心理价位。在amazon，newegg这种正规一点的网站是不可能低于150拿到T430
的，除非grade C或是配置极低。出于大众消费心理，我觉得150能搞一个还是可以接受
的。Thinkpad老系列的laptop屏幕都是低配，1366（or 1024）X768很普遍，反正我是
可以接受的。

that is because n8 is factory unlocked and att can not detects it.
900 is out of luck.

好像现在T470的IPS屏也不怎么好，特别是现在大家见识过了Macbook Pro Retina和微
软Surface系列的屏幕之后。

LENOVO的屏幕都是垃圾，现在的IPS屏幕也好不到哪儿去。
其实以前T4XX的屏幕还是可以接收的，虽然不是很高清，但色彩什么的还可以。
我的一个老T410还想换个硬盘接着用呢。
