有一个伊朗人说好了要买我的床，并且说好了两个礼拜以后拿床。事先他交了$10
deposit，我保证不再卖给别人。几天后，他突然说不要了，要求退还deposit。弱问，
我该不该退给他deposit。另外，今天他写邮件说，要是不退给他deposit,就会付诸法
律程序。我本来想给还他的。一经他威胁，现在不想给了。请问可不可以？

上网页有时候会lag，看HD的片也lag: 有时画面会freeze, 但是声音还在继续。
最难以忍受的是，连看书都lag！远远比不上在其他android板上的流畅程度。
load新页居然要停1s左右，都快赶上kindle 3了。说实话比paperwhite还慢。
这是我这个板的问题还是fire hd＋都这样？虽然便宜了一半，但是用户体验比
galaxy差远了。如果看片都不能胜任，那么我用它也没意义了，我有其他的平板。

If it cannot root, or have CM10 on Fire HD, then Nook HD/HD+ is better
deal. Both B&N and Amazon want to add their own things and at same time
they don't know how to make things smooth.
Software lightweight is the most important part to have smooth system.
regardless how powerful is your spec. Even 10x power intel i5 laptop can
take long time to boot if there are too many bloatware installed on the
system by PC manufacturers, such as Dell, HP and Lenovo.
Anyhow, at least Nook HD/HD+ has the microSD slot, which allow the tablet to
be
booted from. Then, they can be run a lightweight CM10.

虽然我的也慢，但是貌似看片看pdf什么的还是不卡。lz可以考虑找女野人换一个

没觉得lag，甚至觉得比galaxy tab 10.1流畅多了，也可能是你没用过gtab 10.1，那
才叫lag，有时候你脑子里得cache自己的操作，因为屏幕过一会才会赶上来。

我的就是8.1.3,刚收到到。看来应该是我这个个体的问题。我去换一个。

可能是我的fire有问题。但是我有gtab 10.1。最近很久不用了。以前还是3.0的时候
常用，根本不觉得lag，比这个fire hd好多了。因为它分辨率低，不需要那么多power
就可以support。升级到最新到系统之后感觉比以前慢了，可是我买了新的note 10.1
就很少用它了。偶尔用觉得也还可以，感觉卡是exception，不像我这个fire，感觉
这lag根本就是build in的。。。我一共就试了两个片，每个都是1，2分钟就freeze，
我需要按那个back 10s键reset一下。
anyway，我觉得你到gtab 10.1也是个残次品，或者装了不该装的app。

May be that's relevant to your wifi router and internet performance.
Kindle Fire always will go through Amazon proxy when you browse internet. It
's called silk browser. Basically, it tracks whatever
you visit, then push corresponding advertisement to your tablet.
I am not sure if other Apps that requiring wifi connection will also go
through Amazon proxy. This to me definitely is not acceptable.
