只有第一次收钱开启账户时候有claim，后来就没claim，等待从pending到completed吧

没有通过了开始都是及时complete 这次一直pending 打电话给google 说给处理完了
但一直还是pending

Intel baseband may be used along with Intel CPU. So, it's not good for US
market due to lack of LTE support.
Intel also may have problem with some of the Android Apps due to the binary
incompatible with ARM. Most of Apps are written in Java, but there are still
some not written in Java.

The compatibility is not a big deal. Either Intel or Intel can pay those hot
apps to migrate to IA. The key is that Intel can survive with such low
margin market.

One big advantages for the Intel is that the seamless development. You don't
need an ARM simulator on your PC development. You PC is compatible with
your phone. Develop the phone apps is native to the PC environment.
