I'm using Safemart with the same equipment (Simon Xt with wireless module)
as FrontPoint, but monthly rate much lower than FrontPoint.
I haven't triggered an alert yet so I can't comment on the quality of
monitoring service ( I assume they all source the monitoring to the same 3rd
party company)

simplisafe还不错。本打算不好就cancel退了的，结果一直还留着。
反应很快。有次不小心按到panic按钮，赶紧取消警报，还没输完密码电话就打过来了。

water flood etc...
