比如打开bing，会跳到cn.bing.com. 打开NBA 就会跳到NBA中国。
Language for non-Unicode programs 选了Chinese simplified PRC。
用IE没有问题。刚开始firefox也没有问题，就是最近突然发疯。清除cookies，重装，
都解决不了。
新版的firefox还是挺好用的。就是这个问题太头疼。不知道有没有人有类似情况。谁
知道是怎么回事？谢谢！

No kidding! If I remember correctly,custom duty on laptop is about ￥1000. But if "tax in china customers border" in your post refers to something else, then I don't know.

According to China's laws and regulations, importers have to pay both import
duty/tariff AND value added tax on imported goods. If your imported item is
for trading, you can calcualte the amount of import duty and VAT tax based
on its current tariff rate and VAT rate. If it is for personal use, the
operation and taxes are different. The best way to get an accurate answer is
to consult the customs of import port.
