我正在准备基于EB1B的I-485，其它的材料基本齐了，就差EVL。我給HR起草的EVL的
wording大致如下：
To whom it may concern,
Dr. xxxx has been employed as [job position] by [employer] since [start date
] to present time. Dr. xxxx's annual salary is $***.
Sincerely,
HR
HR的人比较保守，不太愿意用permanent, indefinite这样的词。大家看我现在这样的
措词可
以吗？有什么需要改的吗？

你的140的时候，HR的人是否出具了offer letter之类的东西，如果有的话，我觉得你
的EVL里面可以加上一句：
This memo verifies that DR. XXXXXX will continue to carry out the terms and
conditions of the approved I-140 petition.

啊啊啊啊，eb1b啊，那当我没说。
对不起对不起，eb1b好像不能这么写，要写we are willing to further sponsor his/
her employment at xxxx.什么的。
我记得当时我第一次找学校hr要这个的时候，学校就说因为我们要写这句话所以必须通
知你老板！
虽然事情已经过了但是我还是要说，通知你妹！

140的时候律师要了我几年前的real offer letter的复印件，她有没有再从HR那儿要
offer letter就不知道了。
HR那么比较死板，不肯加你建议的这个意思，最后就按我1楼说的那样发的。会
不会因为这个直接被拒啊？

这个真不好说，也没经验，不过我觉得万一有RFE，大不了让你们HR继续证明你仍然被
雇佣就可以了

How about using "with no definite duration" in the letter? Your original
offer letter should used such terms in there.
I'm now working on the letter and having similar problem as well. The school
doesn't want to use words like "we'll", and just used "is employed as a ...
, salary is ...". I don't know, but my lawyer said it's fine.
